Just bought a wide angle lens (22 mm) toy camera a few days back. Like an excited kid with his new toys, I immediately started playing with my camera, taking pictures everywhere I went. A fixed shutter speed of 1/125 and aperture of f11 means that I can only take picture in bright and sunny places. However, sometimes in cloudy conditions the photos can turn out beautiful. Really love how some of the pictures turned out. Another thing I love about this camera is that it uses ordinary 35mm film and can be developed anywhere. Enjoy!

Some of these photos remind me of an editorial from Vogue India, Enchanted Gardens, by the amazing Paolo Roversi. As I said… reminded. I’m definitely nowhere near as amazing as Mr. Roversi.

I’ll be the first to admit that the styling in these ads are not exactly eye candy, but they are definitely interesting. Gotta give Sasha a hand for being such a chameleon. How can you not love her?

I’m truly amazed by the simplicity exuded in these, and the clean, sleek and chic appeal they have. Focus was wasted neither on the background nor the model. Instead, this campaign is all about the clothes. Photographed by Steven Meisel, I love how these pictures portray the clothes. They seem to be suspended in motion, flowing on a silky stream of wind, with an ethereal texture. I really can’t wait to see more from Prada!

Giambattista Valli may have kept the working woman in mind when designing this collection, but when I see these clothes, I think of a different work. Sheer crepes and silks drape exquisite frocks and skirts, velvet is used as a base for the much loved animal prints and mink (sheared of course!) added elegance to tops. Chanel-like suit pieces and very sexy pencil skirts are suitable for… the working woman! In a dark palette of blacks and browns. greens and greys, a handful of well selected pieces dare to display an alluring maroon. With this collection Giambattista Valli proves that he knows how to please.
